When buying a domain through Earth Plaza's domain store, you accept and agree to all of the following terms.

All domains are sold without any warranty expressed or implied and all sales are final and non-refundable without exception. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased domain does not infringe the intellectual property of any other entity. Once the domain is transferred to the purchaser, Earth Plaza is released from any and all obligation and liability.

Domain Sales Guidelines:

Earth Plaza's Domain Store accepts multiple forms of payment. For convenience and security, you can use our secure server for standard credit card transactions. We also accept PayPal provided that you have a verified account. Funds can also be sent via company check, bank-issued online bill pay checks, wire transfer or other recognized medium of exchange.

Use of your new domain name can be made available to you immediately after purchase. However regardless of payment method, all funds must fully clear before actual domain ownership is transferred.

We reserve the right to cancel a domain purchase for any reason and refund the entire price paid.  Reasons may include (but are not limited to) fraud, inability to verify a buyer's identification, or sale of the name by a broker or agent.

Escrow Services:

Upon request, domain purchases may be handled via an agreed-upon escrow service such as Escrow.com provided the purchaser pays all escrow service fees. To pay via an escrow service please contact us.

Appraisal Services:

Domain purchasers are invited to obtain independent appraisals of domains at the purchaser’s own expense.

Domain Pushes and Transfers:

In most cases, domain pushes and transfers to your prefered registrar will be initiated within one business day after payment has cleared.
